Frequently asked questions

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

How do I cancel the annual plan?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fadeless Pro → Cancel.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Fadeless upload my photos?

No. Every step runs on your device and works offline.

A face doesn't look like the person.

Open Faces on the result and choose Keep original for that face. Faces are rebuilt by a model and can change features.

The colors look wrong.

Colors are a plausible estimate. Tap Color to turn colorization off.

What do I get for free?

Every restoration, comparison and colorization, plus a 1280-pixel preview with a small watermark. Pro saves full resolution (up to 4096 px) without the watermark, restores batches and makes before and after videos.

Does Pro work on my Mac?

Yes. One purchase unlocks Pro on iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account.
